The experience was pleasant and smooth, those who worked on my car spoke clearly and made sure I knew what they were doing and had done, covered all their services and made me aware of a leak I had while they were not pushy on anything. I was able to get a very good price and they were very helpful, polite and did not make me feel overwhelmed at all with information. I will certainly return
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and super efficient. I didn’t even have to get out of my car, which made the whole process quick and convenient. The staff walked me through everything they were doing, didn’t pressure me into any extra services, and made sure I understood my options. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and worked fast without cutting corners. My oil change was done in no time, and they even checked other fluids and topped them off. It’s clear they care about customer service and doing the job right. Highly recommend Take 5 if you’re looking for a fast, hassle-free oil change with great service!
A light came on on my dash and I wasn’t sure what it was so I drove over to take five oil change to see if they could help me. The service man was so nice. He checked it for me and told me what the problem was, that it wasn’t a safety issue, but that I should take it to my dealership. At that point, I noticed I was due to have an oil change and even though I wasn’t planning on it, I went ahead just because he was so kind and courteous. He then came around and opened my glove box and took out a filter that I didn’t even know was there. It was obvious no one else had. Checked that filter or had ever changed it because it was black and filthy. He said that was the filter for the air in the car. I was beyond thrilled that he took the extra time to do what others hadn’t done. I will definitely be going back to take five oil change. .
