Stacey and Angel were the best! I went all down FM 1960 and several places were suppose to be opened but closed early. Almost giving up I keep trying because I desperately needed an oil change. Everyone let me down But not take 5! Door was opened and I was greeted with a big smile. I really feel like Stacey and Angel went above and beyond to make sure my car oil was change properly & passed me some vital knowledge on a new car problem I been experiencing. From the customer service, expertise, and the willingness to go above the due diligence of their job to make sure I felt safe in my car is astonishing. Definitely gentlemen of leadership! They are the “Kobe and Shaq” of take 5! 5 stars is not enough. Definitely better than any other oil change place I’ve been to and I been driving for 15 years! I told all my friends and family about the service I received at Take 5 store #640 and they are eager to come check you guys out! Again Thank you Stacey & Angel see y'all soon!

They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured into additional services. The customer service was excellent, and I appreciated how efficient and courteous everyone was throughout the visit. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for fast and reliable service.
I had an excellent experience at the Take 5 Oil Change on FM 1960 near Cypress Creek Parkway. Zack and Mark were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything they were doing without ever making me feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t need. The service was incredibly fast, but they didn’t cut corners—they were thorough, efficient, and made sure everything was completed correctly. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about customer service and takes pride in their work. Zack and Mark are a huge asset to this location, and because of them, I’ll definitely be returning for my future oil changes. Five stars all the way!
