The service was fast, professional, and incredibly customer-focused. A special shout-out to Ross and Joshua. These two remarkable young men went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Not only were they knowledgeable and efficient, but they genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. As a father, I had my daughter in the backseat having a bit of a rough moment, and they remained patient, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire visit. In today’s world, it’s refreshing to see young professionals who take so much pride in their work and treat customers with respect and kindness. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary services, and had me back on the road in no time. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail. So, this is a new staff with a new manager. I was impressed within the first 5mins of arriving. I frequently visited THIS location. I had never been told my coolant was DRY and needed replacing- and this was why my car sounded like a tractor. Car been sounding like a tractor forever. The old staff never mentioned it. But this staff mentioned it IMMEDIATELY. I will be back with confidence that this new team will be honest with me.
