⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had the best experience at Take 5 thanks to Matt and Mikey. Both of them were super friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, had a great attitude, and made me feel welcomed the whole time. You can tell they actually care about customer service and doing a good job. Definitely the best experience I’ve had getting my car serviced — I’ll be coming back because of them.
Matthew and the team here are seriously top tier. Came in for a quick oil change and they had me in and out with zero hassle. Matthew made sure everything was handled right and explained what was going on with my car without trying to upsell anything extra. Shoutout to the other guy helping too (wish I caught his name) — both of them were professional, cool, and actually cared about doing a solid job. You don’t always get that at places like this. Service was fast, smooth, and they treated my car like it was their own. Prices were fair and the whole experience was just easy. Definitely coming back and I’d recommend this spot to anyone. Appreciate y’all ?
This was my first time coming to this Take 5 location. I was highly impressed with the customer service there. Everyone was kind knowledgeable and was able to get my oil changed in a short amount of time. Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays & these guys definitely exceeded my expectations.
