Been going to this Take 5 consistently for all my oil changing needs for a little over a year. Never try to up charge you and I always receive great, consistent service. I have a fairly long commute and I trust the services and value here!
I stopped by Take 5 for a quick oil change and ended up having one of the best service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Maurice was running the shop by himself in freezing weather and still greeted every customer with a warm, upbeat attitude that completely changed the tone of the visit. Even with the cold working against him, he moved efficiently, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. It’s rare to meet someone who brings that level of professionalism and positivity, especially under tough conditions. Come for the oil change, stay for the service. Maurice deserves more than 5 stars.
The staff was GREAT! They were nice and respectful. I like the fact they brought us bottles of water to the car as they came to see what services we needed. Also they gave me great advice on other services I might need in future and that TAKE 5 offers.
