I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change on 103rd Street. From the moment I pulled in, the service was outstanding. They immediately greeted me with a complimentary bottle of water, which was a nice touch and set the tone for the visit. The female manager was especially impressive. She was smiling the entire time, checked in with me throughout the service, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. I believe having a female manager in what is traditionally a male-dominated industry brings a welcoming, customer-focused energy. It was a smart decision by Take 5, and it really enhanced my experience. The technicians were honest, professional, and transparent. They explained every step of the service, showed me the oil on the dipstick so I could see how clean it was, and even inspected my engine air filter. Even though I had recently replaced it, they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Instead, they showed me it was still in great condition and even complimented me on replacing it. That level of honesty is hard to find and earned my trust. Overall, this was one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. Friendly staff, honest recommendations, great customer service, and excellent communication. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this Take 5 location to anyone looking for fast, trustworthy service.

After being denied service at the other 103ed location at only 7:15, closing time is 8 and I had just gotten off work, I was impressed that not only the speed but communication. They yelled check after check as Jeff spoke to my husband about what service was being done, what we would need, and offering improvements as we went along. Speedy and clear are the words I'd use for this pit stop. Well done and greatful for such friendly service ❤️
