Very professional... Even in 100° heat! They did a wonderful job but I seriously hope the company puts their employees first and FIX THEIR AIR CONDITIONER! It was in pieces!. You can't put money before your employees! I don't know if I'd want to give a company $$ who doesn't care about their employees.
Snow and the crew took awesome care of me. In an out and explained everything. I notice they do all their safety and inspection checks perfectly and verbalize everything with the team. Very great service!
I arrived around 4p to which I thought they might be closed early because I saw cones in the drive up areas and also it was starting to drizzle. Fortunately, they weren't, so I was able to get the service I need. I was a little disappointed that the amount I was given over the phone for the services was not what the final charges ended up being. (about $40 more) Thank GOD I was texted a $25 off coupon when I signed up on their website which brought the price down. Anyway, service was quick and I didn't have to leave my truck, so I am grateful I didn't have to make an appointment with the dealership and also wait an hour or so for the same service which would have definitely cost me much more.
