The boys at Jacksonville Take 5 were the best! They explained what they were doing and had the best customer service. This was the easiest oil change I have ever had. Stayed in the van the whole time and they provided us with water while we waited. Will be back!
I love the crew here, they were really friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job and they seemed to really have fun doing it. Ronnie was my technician and he explained everything they recommended and why and didn't try to oversell me on anything. The only downside is the price is rather steep compared to other places in the area.
Jordan, Bennie, Tobbie & the gang, took wonderful care of us. We came in from Colorado picked up a vehicle and they did a complete check they made sure we were safe and ready for the road. They were friendly, efficient and affordable. They even hooked us up with water while we waited, much thx to their crew highly recommended!
