I’ve gone to this place a few times. It’s always been good. Sometimes a little slow but they never try to over due it and hard sell you too much. Went today. Manager Travis was on duty and it was incredible. I was done in 15-20 mins. Incredible interaction and customer service. He was engaged with his employees too which make a lot of difference. Very impressed
My first time using take 5 oil change. The wait was a little long but I understand due to the memorial holiday weekend. Once they started on my car it was very quick and efficient. Plus up to 3000 miles you can come back to have your fluids top off. The manager Travis and the Techs are all awesome. They will definitely be the only place for my oil change. Ohhh the best part you stay in the car. Can't get no better than that. Also they give you a bottle of cold water. Telling all my friends.... Thanks guys you are best....
The manager and staff were exceptional. The service wasn't just top notch, this staff was personable and caring. They educated us as to all of our options in a slow and patient manner. They have gained lifetime customers. Kudos to the management and all of the staff. It was the perfect mix of professionalism service and skill set.
