I always experience great customer service at Take 5 locations, but this specific spot takes the cake. Everyone was incredibly friendly right from the start. We were offered water multiple times, and they even gave our 5-year-old in the back seat a juice box and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. As always, the oil change itself was swift and efficient. I absolutely love the wait-in-your-car concept. This was another fantastic job by Take 5, and I have definitely found my new go-to location for all future oil changes! (Plus with an online coupon, the price was very fair)
They were freaking AWESOME!! I literally just left the Take 5 on Jefferson Street in Joliet like 5 minutes ago, and I had to come leave this review ? From the moment I pulled up, the team was on it, super friendly, fast, and actually acting like they enjoy their job (which is rare these days ?). I stayed in my car the whole time like royalty while they handled everything. No pressure, no weird upselling, no confusion... just straight honesty and efficiency. They explained everything clearly and kept it moving. I was in and out so fast I almost forgot why I came ? Shoutout to all of you gentlemen, your professionalism didn't go unnoticed! Y'all were amazing!! 10/10 experience. They definitely gained a loyal customer ?
I was pleasantly surprised of the welcoming process, very friendly and very informative!! They made you feel comfortable and answered any questions I had and were happy to do so, no matter how many questions I asked him. He actually had a smile on his face each time or it turned into a smile? The experience I had there for the first time was extremely positive and services were great and timely. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there!! I will be returning again when I need an oil change?!!
