They are really nice and professional. They give you ice cold water as soon as you pull in which is very considerate. I got my oil changed in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely be back again they look out for you.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Chris was an excellent technician, and Loe was amazing. He made sure I had cold water while I waited in the heat for my top-off, which I really appreciated. The customer service from start to finish was outstanding. They also have great deals, and I love that they support veterans with a 25% discount. It’s always nice to see a business that takes care of both its customers and those who have served. Huge thank you to the team at Take 5 Oil Change! After having a bad experience at another location in Charlotte where my oil was overfilled by almost two quarts, I stopped in here for help. The two guys who assisted me were absolutely amazing. They took the time to properly measure everything, remove the excess oil, and completely solve the issue. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. They honestly saved me from what could have turned into a much bigger problem.
