They were great! Very attentive employees working here at the moment. They got the oil change done on my car in good time and checked multiple things on my car throughout the process. I was worried before I arrived since my car is a newer vehicle, but I once I left I was very grateful that I got it done through them rather than driving hours to a dealership.
I have read alot of bad reviews about the Take 5 in kilgore. I get my oil changed for free because I got my car from America's Car-Mart and Take 5 is on the list to go to. I took my chances and went, I was 100% satisfied. Zack and Jayson took care of me. Zack did show me other things I needed to change but did not push me to purchase anything. I did get a knew filter because I felt it needed it. Super sweet, didn't leave me out of anything they were doing and told me to come back when it needed another oil change. They will definitely be getting all business even when I have to pat I'm going to them. Great job Take 5 team for being kind and making my experience awesome!!
They were very friendly and let me know exactly what they were doing. They offered extra services but did no pressure or trying to scare me into buying. There was a pretty long wait but only because they are popular..I was third in line. My oil change went pretty fast but they were also thorough. The only thing they forgot to do at the end was reset my oil change sensor, but I’m sure if I stop by, they will take care of it just fine.
