Fantastic experience! All of my questions were answered and everything was explained in detail. After being at the mechanic multiple times, sometimes for days, I was shocked that no one ever bothered to check my air filters. They were AWFUL! One had a literal mouse nest in it! That's the difference between getting an oil change at Take 5 verses the mechanic.
Heck yes! Open until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, and an hour later than all the others. Offered tire rotation without a bunch of extra malarkey. I didn't even have to get out of my car! They found a new repeat customer. [Edit: I had a low low pressure warning and it turned out it was a sensor. All taken care of and they were open on Sunday! No charge. Outstanding!]
I highly recommend they have very fast and speedy service! We pulled right up a they greeted us with waters and juice with snacks for the kids. We sit in the car while they worked on us and the prices are very reasonable an affordable as well! We will definitely be coming back!
