My technician he actually told me his name and I can’t remember what it was. I told him he is in the perfect job. He has such a great personality. Dealing with the customers. I love going to take five. It’s always a quick job getting an oil change they offer different things in case they haven’t been done recently. I just moved to Florida and I didn’t know that you’re supposed to exchange antifreeze because of the hot weather so I was so happy they told me so I did that. And they have a record of what I’ve done every time I’ve come there so this way they know if I need a new air filter or if I need a new filter in the glove box area I love everything about take five. I love that they give you a bottle of water when you get this when you’re sitting in your car you have a drink.
I was new to the area and this was the first time going the Lady Lake location for my oil change. I had always used Jiffy Lube living in South Florida. So I went to the Take 5 web page and downloaded a $25 coupon. Logan was my service advisor who was knowledgeable and personable. He was easy to talk with and explained everything thoroughly. The process was turn key smooth. Will definitely be back. Watch out Jiffy Lube… these guys are real good !

What we loved: Stay-in-the-Car Convenience: We never had to leave the car! It’s perfect for a busy schedule or if you just want to relax while they work. Speed: They live up to the name. We were in and out in no time, yet the service felt thorough and careful. Customer Service: The technicians lead by Logan were friendly, communicative, and didn’t try to push unnecessary upsells. They clearly explained what they were doing and checked out fluids and tires with precision. Extras: The complimentary water and the overall “pit crew” vibe made the experience much more pleasant than a typical shop visit. Highly recommend Take 5 for anyone who values their time and wants top-notch service for their vehicle. We’ll definitely be back for our next oil change!
