I don’t often write reviews, but after visiting Take 5 in Lagrange, GA, I felt compelled to share my appreciation for their outstanding service. I’ve always trusted the Cadillac dealership for oil changes and maintenance, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The team at Take 5 was exceptionally professional, efficient, and courteous. My oil change and cabin air filter replacement took just 10 minutes which is much faster and more affordable than what I’ve encountered elsewhere. I’m grateful for their excellent work and will be returning here for all my future service needs. I highly recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for a truly professional and hassle-free experience.
Ohhh my, this is THE absolute best service EVER. From the free water that was given to us even before we agreed to their service, down to the immaculately clean service bay, the customer service is almost unmatched. The manager, Taylor, was a superman-like leader and was detailed in explaining all the services. His team communicated to us and to each other seemlessly. They were very efficient, quick, and motivated. They even found some screws missing under my vehicle and replaced them at no additional cost. Wow, such GREAT SERVICE and teamwork. I really enjoyed how they worked together as a team, and they were kind and pleasant. It was a joy being there. I am extra happy to have found them and they won my business. Great quality of service, great customer service, and a great team of workers.
