⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped into Take 5 Oil Change and had a great experience. Even though they were short staffed, the crew still worked hard to keep things moving and took great care of me. Just took my car for an oil change yesterday. I used the coupon found on their website. I interacted with all 4 of the people working there and they were all very friendly, polite, and helpful. There were no high pressure sales techniques - they suggested services (air filters, fluid flush and changes, etc) but did not pressure me if I declined. I will definitely go there again.
These guys went above and beyond. In today’s world of absolutely zero expectations of customer service, I pull up to this take 5 and get to meet these two guys. Both of them were extremely professional and polite; and gave great advice on my truck. It honestly felt like I had payed extra somewhere for a VIP oil change experience.
