The water bottle greeting especially after getting off work was great. From the moment I drove up Tony made sure I was acknowledged and informed for service. Quick oil change and windshield wipers replaced right before it started raining. The whole shop was getting work done. Vehicles were showing up all at once. Tony was telling me he just started and came from another shop and was appreciative for being patient with him as he was still learning the POS to add all the services and discounts. I literally couldn't tell because Tony and the guy's had the service taken care of quick. Adam gave me the visit summary and Tony had me out of there like 2 mins before it started raining. I always appreciate good service.
Management of Take 5: After years of dealer services only, while out of town from Abq I had to stop for an oil change. Pulled up to Take 5 and was met my such welcoming staff. Johnny and Manny both were extremely knowledgeable on my vehicle and its needs. Communicated with each other and myself during the whole process. Allowed me to choose services with no extra pressure. I was in and back on the road in no time. You both showed great hospitality, knowledge and pride in the work you do. Thank you for changing my mind on Quick Lube Services. I will definitely be returning to a Take 5. Oh and the Ice Cold bottle of water was much needed. Thank you!!!
Wow! I'm impressed ?. Customer service was the best I've ever had! Hats off to Sabrina and Izaiaz for their help. Not only did they suggest the things I needed, but they both had a great sense of humor and also told me what was going on step by step. If you need an oil change this is the right place. Jiffy lube has nothing on these guys. Stop in and get a free ice water!!!!
