Very nice customer service. They check everything! The gentleman I was interacting with was very helpful with giving me a first time customer discount, told me about coupons on their website, and I needed one new wiper. I told him how much I paid at Pep Boys for one wiper for my Volkswagen Tiquan, and he could not believe I was charged, $30! He told me they sell my wipers for $16.99! I am definitely going back for the other wiper when they get it in. I am definitely a customer of take 5 now! ?
Shamari and Rico took great care of my car! They not only did the oil change, but they also checked and replaced my cabin air filter with was disgusting! I've only had the car a little over a year so getting this done and keeping track from here on out is important to me. They also tested my coolant and turns out I will need a flush soon! I didn't know there was such a test before but they explained the readings to me on the gadget they used and I Googled it later on that night as well. I will be back in 2 weeks. I love the quick drive through aspect and the attention to detail checking all of my fluids. Great guys, great shop!! ??
