Military gets a 25% discount!! Drove right up, no waiting. Three service techs started as soon as I was checked in. They used a scanner to get my vehicle stats ensuring that the correct filter, wiper blades, and oil type and quantity is used. No hard push up sales. Just honest evaluation of components. Air filter was checked, washer fluid filled, and brake fluid checked. No it was not done in 5 minutes, of course. But less than 30 minutes and that's alright by me. Total cost of service was $160. My vehicle holds 7 quarts of oil so that was $25 extra and the blades were $20. I'm retired military so my discount was $40. I got a window sticker so I know when my next change is due.
When you first get there, you'll notice a sign that tells you to enter through the rear.. once you enter through the rear, it was a pleasurable experience. I had 3 people taking care of me at once. They knew exactly what they were doing. Not only do they do a good job, they even offered to top me off. I left feeling completely satisfied. KayLee was the best ??
I came in for an oil change and added an air filter as well to the purchase. I'm always extremely pleased at the service and fast and friendly service. Everything is explained thoroughly and they show you the new oil on the dipstick after filling the engine. They even gave me a freezing cold water when I pulled up. I really needed that at that moment. This is the second location I've visited and had the same great experience each time. Very satisfied
