Had an oil change done during the week, in preparation for a vacation. Get about an hour into our drive this morning and my truck is ticking and not running right. Bone dry, no oil! Hit a Dollar General, add 3 quarts and book it back to Leland (closest place that was open at 8am) and end up at Take5. There were already 2 people being serviced, but we were greeted immediately, offered cold waters, had a quick chat about what was happening, and gave my kids some gummy snacks. He explained that if we could wait about 20 minutes, they would get us checked out. Travis and James are so amazing. Knowledgable, friendly, and very concerned about what the cause of the leak was, and getting us to our vacation destination safely. James even came back with another two drinks, capri suns, and more gummies for the kids. Turns out it was a loose line. Got us straight and back on the road! Travis went above and beyond for us and we are so appreciative. This could have been a really terrible start or end to our vacation. Thank you, give these guys a raise!
The shop was busy which tells the team does a really good job. I had my kids with me and the crew kept my sons entertained and interactive. This was probably my 4th time coming and will continue coming for quality service. Great crew and service and in and out. Highly recommend for service in the area.
BEST EXPERIENCE!! This was my first time doing a drive thru oil change so I was pretty anxious. Brandon & Travis walked me through everything and I appreciated the double check of everything that was completed. I had my toddler with me and they both talked to her and even gave her snacks! Highly recommend this location.
