I was very impressed how well the whole team communicated with one another to make the process smooth and fast. Evan was wonderful and we had small talk about motorcycles and he made sure I knew what was needed to be changed and was very thorough. Manager was very polite and made sure everything was done and no questions were left unspoken. Great job team!! I will be coming back to this location. The energy there is infectious!
All the oil leaked out of my truck after getting an oil change here. Went under truck and was able to turn filter with my hand. Truck isn't used that often so didn't notice within their 30 day warranty window. *Update* spoke with corporate and they had the local management get in touch with me. They sent guys out to my house to address the issue. I understand that things can happen, what matters is how the situation is handled. Thank you.
Since my normal oil change place requires a drop off for most of the day, I thought that I would pay a little extra for the convenience of getting it done while waiting in the car. I pulled up right @ 7am when the shop was opening for the day. I was greeted by Amber with a bottle of water and she answered all of my questions. The oil change was performed quickly. Since they offer tire rotations, that was also purchased. Both services were completed in about 45 minutes. Very professional and efficient. Easy in and out. The online coupon makes the cost competitive.
