Went in for an oil change and coolant swap. As every visit for me, I was greeted with great customer service, and the services were performed and completed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the individual who performed the coolant swap wasn't on par, leading to my trucks oil temp to bounce around until finally running extremely hot. For that reason, I would have never given a 5 star review. Ever. Reason for the 5 star? I contacted the shop and was told that the manager would be coming out to me to take a look and hopefully address the issue. The Manager, Katie deserves a round of applause (the gentlemen assisting as well) for showing up in 105° weather and immediately addressing the issue. I never expected to have roadside service as I did! Because of Katie showing her solid business, work and management skills and ethics, no tow truck was needed and I was up and running back on the road in no time. Big hi-fives all around y'all. Made this customers day.
On March 3rd 2026 I visited Take 5 Oil Change for the second time. I just wanted to say that Chandler and is team was so great. And offered me a nice deal on a engine air filter which I greatly appreciate it. Again Red Bank has a very nice team at S Lake Drive in Lexington SC. Dalton and his team are amazing...he asked questions...I got a great deal on a oil change...and I had one of those amazing coupons...again Dalton and his team are Great...Take 5 has a amazing team at Red Bank.
My first time going to a Take 5, but I'm never going anywhere else again. Matthew and his team were professional, helpful, and respectful the entire time I was there (in and out in under 15 minutes!!!). I never once felt pressured into getting services or extras I didn't want, but everything was offered easily. The cold bottle of water was the cherry on top, since it gets a little hot just sitting in your car! ;) 10/10 service. Customer for life.
