I went in for an oil change. It was quick and thorough. I had new filters installed and they made sure I saw the old filters that they changed out and the new ones they put on. I didn’t have to wonder if they actually installed them. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Price was more reasonable than the dealership and I got more for my money! I will definitely be going back!
I had the best oil change experience I've ever had at Take 5! Andrew, Moe, and Luc provided quick, thorough service while replacing my oil, cabin air filter, and engine air filter. Their teamwork was outstanding, and the customer service was truly amazing from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. There was a kind, smart, wonderful young lady, Emily, who not only explained in detail everything I needed, but she also made me smile!!! I left thinking, I will forever go back to this place as long as she is there! She was a true fresh of breath air!
