Saw a lot of good reviews that say service was really quick without saying how long that is. My experience was about 15 minutes. I didn't have to wait in line for someone ahead of me to get taken care of, but someone was being serviced when I got there, and someone else did pull in *just* before me, so they were taking care of two new customers at the same time while finishing up with that first customer. Especially considering that, I'd say speed of service was really good. I can confirm the good reviews about Cecil. Polite and professional, efficient, communicative, and didn't seem to push uncharges on me. He was informative and seemed really on top of everything. Drew worked on the oil change with him, and he was good too. Premium grade, Take 5 brand, high mileage synthetic oil change by itself ran me $113.70. You gotta pay for it, but the service was really good overall. If you're down for the price tag, I'd definitely recommend them.
I always enjoy getting my service’s done at Take 5 Oil Change. Someone should name this location, the fastest in the Metro Atlanta area. The team here is great at communicating to each other about what parts they may need and also great with communicating each step with the customer. The employees were very knowledgeable about what someone may need and very accurate on pricing and up selling. I spent a little bit more money than I expected but, it was only 5 minutes out of my day in exchange for years of a GREAT working vehicle. Thanks to My Take 5 Oil Change, We’re the best ✌??
Danny, Ant, Awan, and Lucas all are amazing. First time I've ever used a Take 5 location for an oil change and they immediately won me over. Professional and gave excellent customer service. I initially went to just get an oil change but before I left I ended up with oil change completed, new wipers, and both filters replaced. Service was fast and pleasurable. Discounts were offered and applied as well. I definitely will be back!!! Thanks guys for everything!!!
