I arrived at Take 5 after having a sub par oil change elsewhere. By the time I arrived the other place was closed and I had no oil left in my tank. The team at Take 5 greeted me warmly and quickly assessed the issue. The team stayed after closing to help me and even took time to clean the oil covered parts that they did not cause. They were patient, kind and proficient. And they have a new loyal customer. Thank you!
Update: I went to take my new car which is not common around here it a 2017Alfa Romeo Giulia and they where so helpful! This is the only place I am getting my oil changed at!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! They are the best!! This place is amazing! They know customer services!!! 1st two pics are if my GMC there and the next two pics are if the car they help me with today. I was not able to get pics while I was there.
I had a great experience at the Take 5 in Mauldin, SC! The guys there were very friendly, professional, and had me in and out in no time. They did a quick and efficient job while still making sure everything was taken care of properly. Excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
