The blonde young woman and the dark-haired guy working today did a great job. I really appreciated them topping off my oil and being honest that my car didn’t actually need an oil change. That kind of honesty goes a long way. I don’t remember her name, but she recommended an antifreeze flush instead, explained it well, and I decided to go ahead with it. Great sales approach — not pushy, just knowledgeable and straightforward. They were both very friendly and hospitable. I would definitely recommend Take 5 Oil Change on Mentor Avenue.
