The staff and employees are very nice and informative. They explain everything, ask all the questions needed to make sure my vehicle is good to go. They explain everything they did and are very friendly and they all seem to work really well together. I've been going for several times for an oil change and every time, they are all happy, working well together, nice and informative and just all around a great place to go. I highly recommend them if you need a good a d reliable place to get your oil changed and all other things they can provide for your vehicle. I am always glad to go there and it has never taken very long to get everything done. They do accept Military discounts and even without, they are one of the reliable and less expensive places to get your car tuned up and with great service too.
Always professional and friendly. I take my car exclusively to the Take 5 location on North Hills Street. Where Tae, the manager, and the staff always take exceptional care of me. Anybody who has the Mini Cooper understands that getting anything done to it is a chore. Changing the oil is no exception. During one of these oil changes a hose that went to my overflow for my radiator was damaged. And without missing a beat they made sure that my car was taken to the nearest mechanic and fix. They also provided me a way home and away back to my vehicle the next day. I have never had any problems with any of the staff and find everyone there to be extremely polite and professional. I would recommend Take 5 to any of my friends or family.
HOLY CRAP! WHERE DO I BEGIN Lol I cannot tell you how much and how I appreciate the best service, great customer service friendly workers friendly attitudes. They do the job you come in they do the job as you get out without no hesitation no long waits and holy crap I really appreciate how well mannered and how great these people are I'm more impressed by the the great manners than the oil change and they don't have a smart mouth, but I recommend this place a top five place to get your oil changed you will not make no mistakes when you come here they did a very good job I will be coming back and I'm going to get my dad to come here to get his oil changed
