I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. Ariel and Yvonne were both extremely helpful and professional. Ariel took the time to assist me with the hood safety and CSVC write-up, making sure everything was done properly. Yvonne was also amazing helping in the pit and as MOD, keeping everything running smoothly. They were both very kind, respectful, and even helped me with a discount, which I truly appreciated. The service was fast, efficient, and the team made me feel welcome. Thank you Ariel and Yvonne for the excellent customer service!
This set Of employees show, exceptional, courtesy, and have a wonderful manners I could use any other take five but I refuse because they’re such exceptional in their work and they’re being very helpful yesterday I couldn’t find how to show them the odometer reading in my car and one of the gentlemen helped me find it looking it up on a YouTube video. They take their time to help the customer, they truly are an exceptional group.
