My husband and I pulled up to see if I could get an oil change on my Mercedes Benz. On this particular day at 9am all bays were full. Joe came out to us to let us know that there will be a bit of a wait because he was the only one there! I was excited to know that they do oil changes on Mercedes. Joe brought us 2 cold bottles of water. After about a 35 min wait he directed us to a bay. Joe did not once rush on anyone's vehicles he took his time and he knows his stuff. He didnt seem stressed at all. He kept us updated on everything and thanked us for our patience. Someone finally came in at 10am to help him but he still directed the guy on who and what to take care of and made sure we all received everything done from the tires being filled to making sure our windshield wipers were working properly. We were there for awhile but it was worth catching up with my husband on things and the great customer service that Joe provided was awesome! Joe deserves a raise and recognition! His knowledge, work ethic and customer service is top tier! We will be back!
I’ve been coming to this Take 5 location for years, and I noticed on my visit yesterday they have an entirely new staff. I have to say, the difference was impressive. The new team is much more thorough, attentive, and focused on making sure customers understand the services being provided. they took the time to explain the benefits of high-mileage oil and why it was the best option for my vehicle. They also showed me my air filter and clearly explained why it needed to be replaced, which I really appreciated. It never felt like a sales pitch—just honest, helpful information that allowed me to make an informed decision. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I’ll definitely continue bringing my vehicle here and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and knowledgeable staff.
I stopped by the Take 5 in Missouri City off 1092, and Will and Joe took excellent care of me. From the moment I pulled in, the service was smooth and professional. Joel was out there directing traffic like a pro, keeping everything organized and moving without any confusion. What really stood out was their honesty. I thought I needed a top-off, but instead of trying to upsell me, they were completely transparent and told me I didn’t need it yet. That level of honesty builds trust, and because of that alone, this is the location I’ll keep coming back to. Huge shout-out to Will and Joe — excellent customer service, great communication, and a team that truly looks out for you. Highly recommended. ?
