My first visit, I was met with a very courteous Tech. He asked me what I needed, I told him an Oil Change and a windshield wiper blade. He guided me in, then began servicing my car. After checking my car out, he told me what was at a safe level and what needed to be replaced. We worked out what I wanted, he went to work, got me done in no time. I was very pleased with my experience and will continue to patronize TAKE 5 #30 on Government St. in Mobile, ALSO
Damarkus greeted us with bottle water and tested our fluids filters we came in for an oil change. We were about to take a long trip and didn’t know our coolant was in dire need of exchange. I appreciate him being so informative. Skyler did the fluid changes and was very thorough. They both did an excellent job. I’ve been to 3 different states and this was the best location. The gentlemen there were helpful and respectful. With an unusually long line of customers they informed me about the anticipated wait time, offered some water and kept me informed about their progress to get to me. Once they did they were patient with my decision making process and accommodating. They checked everything, did not try to oversell, and didn’t complain even though by the time I left it was past their closing time. I’ll be back.
