Cold weather, below zero temps, only one guy there but he was great and still had a positive attitude. Got my oil change and topped off on the fluids.
I had a great experience at Take 5! Mari, Austin, and Solo were all friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to explain their recommendations and even tested my radiator for free. They caught that my coolant had become acidic and recommended a radiator flush before it turned into a bigger problem. I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back!
Never been to a Take 5 before. Not the most professional, more casual, but I liked that. It was super quick, easy, and straightforward. Really nice change of pace compared to other shops where it takes an hour and they conveniently find things to upcharge you on every time you get an oil change. I will definitely be coming here regularly now. Derek was very helpful in particular!
