I asked them questions about what was going in and they did not try to cheat me even though I was a woman alone. Mechanics are notorious for that. They did not try to attempt something they couldn't do (air filter change) and charge me for it after they broke it. I felt very grateful. They were polite, professional, and quick.
I came way early in the morning and Kevon and Jd was so awesome. They were upbeat and helpful. Kevin got down to my car's level when explaining what was happening vs standing and talking down to me, its a small thing but I appreciated it. I caught ahold of them calling out to each other to make sure everything got done and I appreciated that as well. Overall kudos to you guys!
