They are consistently friendly, courteous and thorough. They explain things clearly for someone that doesn’t know cars, like me. I always go there for my oil changes (and love that they will check your fluid levels and tire pressure free of charge in between oil changes). This is my home location, but I had a great experience at the Take Five up in Fredericksburg, VA, recently, too. This company has earned my loyalty over the past few years. Highly recommend!
This was my first time going to this place and they were great. They were very fast and did a great job at explaining my options. Also one thing I really appreciated was that they didn’t try to upsell everything or talk me in to a bunch of other services. They did a much better job of explaining it and then letting me decide without being pushy like some of the other oil change places. The last time I went to one of the other (not take 5) oil change places, they talked me into replacing a bunch of parts and when I got back home and pulled up my records from the prior oil change, I realized they had just replaced the same things 5,000 miles before & new ones weren’t needed. Take 5 didn’t do any of that & were honest about what was needed. Also the 2 guys that worked on my car were also super friendly. I will definitely be coming back here for all my future oil changes.
I took my car to Take 5 for the first time today instead of going to BMW because I needed a quick oil change after a long drive, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. They even offered me a bottle of water while I waited. I was checked in almost immediately, and the entire visit took less than 15 minutes. I had my oil changed and my windshield wipers replaced, and everything was done quickly and professionally. The staff kept me informed throughout the process, making the experience completely stress-free. One thing I really appreciated was that they updated my Carfax maintenance history for me, which is a huge plus. Fast, friendly, and efficient service from start to finish. This will definitely be my go-to spot for quick maintenance. 10/10, highly recommend! They also offer military discount even tho their prices are already extremely reasonable!
