Customer service is gear. Never have my synthetic blend in stock. Overpriced because they don’t have the blend for my vehicle and there’s the filter fee, extra quest fee, and then taxes and fees. Love the attentive and knowledgeable technicians.
Had to wait for 2 1/2 hours before getting into a bay to get the oil changed but the staff is pleasant and they brought everyone a bottle of water while we waited. Did not check air pressure in the tires but finally got my oil changed. Would go again just make sure you have time to wait.
This was my first visit and I will definitely be going back. They gave me cold water, checked many things on my car, and quickly completed the oil change. Thank you!
