I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change Niles Location. From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy, fast, and comfortable. What really stood out was how convenient everything was you just drive up, stay in your car, and they take care of the rest. No waiting rooms, no hassle. The staff greeted me right away and were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. It was a hot afternoon when I stopped by, and they even offered me a free cold bottle of water, which was a small gesture but made a big difference and showed great customer care. The oil change itself was done surprisingly quickly, but they didn’t rush through it. They explained what they were doing, checked a few additional things like fluids and filters, and never pressured me into buying anything extra. The price was also very reasonable and affordable for the quality of service. Overall, it was one of the smoothest and most stress free oil change experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for something quick, efficient, comfortable, and fairly priced, this location is definitely worth it.

I am a long time Jiffy Lube customer but it's easier to stay in my car as a solo parent of 3 boys than sit in the waiting room. I did love the staff at the Jiffy Lube in Park Ridge, but the staff at Take 5 was really really great! They greeted us with bottles of water, capri sun for my kids and fruit snacks. They did a great job with the oil change - it didn't take 5 minutes but it wasn't that much more. They clean your windshield, check the car, and don't pressure you to upgrade.
