They keep track.i noticed someone mentioned tbe cost, I'm not sure about the cost because I haven't done any price checking, that's my fault. I use them for the friendly and easy to use, no appointments necessary., they also didn't recommend a new air filter because it was still good, that I appreciate and as far as wipers they asked once and cabin filter, I just tell them my husband does that one, they don't try to push me into letting them do it. That I appreciate. They do offer coupons, if I had checked before I went in they were offering a 30 percent off expiring 6/30/26. That's my bad...from now on I will check.
Went for oil change, they were awesome! Friendly, called me by name and were polite and informative, a bit pricey, but worth the money. The cool guy that checked me in told me that I had missed an opportunity to go to dealership for less money, but I preferred not to do that and appreciated the tip!
Hasan and Chris were awesome. Made for a good time. They were funny, charismatic and also knowledgeable. They didn’t pressure me into extra services I didn’t want. I came in for an oil change but the issue turned out to be something else entirely. They took care of it quickly. I had a great experience.
