Stacy and Javian did something no other mechanic shop has been able to do. Had a stripped oil drain plug that nobody was able to take off no matter how “hard” they “tried”. But Stacy was able to get it done with the tools they have here. That willingness paired with a nice attitude from both of them made this stop 5 Stars. Definitely coming back in the future. Definitely letting other people know about it as well.
Two very young men were awesome on andrews highway in odessa tx . I know ima mess their names up but it was something like jazieon and lezearic. Black and Hispanic young respectful men. They knew what they were doing and was so courteous!! Thanks for the great experience. Oh not to mention it really only took 10 mins while we sat in car!!! Way to go guys,keep up the great work
I couldnt have asked for better service. Not just the one guy that did the oil change but I had communication with all the young men who worked there and they were all so very nice and respectful, brought us very ice cold water, so cold it had ice in it. I had my mother with me and they were all just so super nice and respectful. I live on the east side and there is a take 5 litterally blocks from our home but I will go the extra miles to go back to the andrews hwy location just because of the excellent service we recieved. Thank you!
