The service was excellent. The employees were very friendly and respectful. You have a great team working for you.
Overall my oil change was fine and I was given “free” things as a discount. Employees were kind and quick. The signage makes it look like you can choose the cheapest service, but it doesn't include all the oil you need or the shop fee. Was told I was getting the gas cleaner free. It was taken out of the $25 discount, not free. Why not be straight forward with your prices? Final total was $91 ($29 air filter added)
The manager there was one of the most helpful people I have ever encountered. I had my oil changed at the Dallas Forest Lane/Greenville location. I was on vacation 450 miles from there when I realized that my oil pan skid plate had not been attached properly (this is the third time I have had that happen at the Dallas location). I pulled into the nearest Take5 location and was taken care of immediately. The woman that helped me was amazing.
