These guys were absolutely wonderful! It was my first time coming in, and they made sure that I was well informed, part of every decision and step, let me know what my options were anytime they found something that needed to be changed, and they were all so sweet, fast, and efficient. For the complete oil change that I got, with added labor for windshield wipers, and a cabin air filter, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes For the same quality, and quantity of services, I would have paid more firestone, had to wait around for 5 hours even with an appointment, and they would have completely forgotten me in the lobby. Y'all are great, thank you so much guys~
The team was amazing! Chris and Anastasia went above and beyond during my oil change. They made me aware of important maintenance that my car needed. And important issues I should repair. Without their expertise I would not have known. As an uber driver this was very helpful information. Thank you TAKE 5 team! I live over 30 minutes away and I specifically come to this location every oil change because they are the best.
Had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The staff was friendly, fast, and professional. One of the guys even came out to greet me with a bottle of water while I waited for the car in front of me, which was such an extra special touch to the service. They explained everything clearly and got my oil change done quickly without any pressure or upselling. Definitely one of the smoothest service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend! Thanks Guys
