I went for the first time to get my oil change with them. They gave me a clear breakdown of the oil change services, inspected my vehicle and explained their recommended services. I had my old coolant flushed and replaced as well, right before the summer. It was quick and easy. Shout out to Diego and Hugo for the great experience and excellent customer service.
From the time I showed up to the time I left super awesome crew. Erik the new manager came up to me with a cold water & asked what service I was there to get. I mentioned I have a diesel & if they could do an oil change for me there. Forgetting I have a 2024 Silverado 2500HD High Country 4x4 6.6L Diesel, takes 10 quarts of oil. So it did take just a bit longer then usual but I wasn't doing anything else.
By far one of the best Take 5 experiences I’ve had out of all the locations I’ve been through! Especially as someone who travels a great deal. Each member that dealt with me and my car was very communicative and friendly. They got me in and out. I definitely will be returning to this location again in the future. Thank you so much to the tech team that assisted me!!
