The new manager here at the Take 5 Oil Change is honest up front and shows you all the work being done before during and after. Very transparent and trustworthy. I was very pleased with my oil change service and air cabin filter replacement service. Throughout the whole process they showed me everything that we're doing and showed me the oil what it looked like before and after. I also had a coolant replacement and he showed me what the coolant look like before and after and also the pressurized machine to show the amount of fluid that was taken out and put in. I really appreciate people like this that show their work take pride in customer service and at the end of the day make sure the customer is well taken care of. I will be back. I will continue to support this company. They did a great job and they have done so since they have arrived here in our town
Highly recommend this place. Had the oil leak out of a new Chevy pickup due to a faulty oil filter install by another. Went to this Take 5. Hector was very knowledgeable and kind, easily explaining the process to fix the issue. He and Damian quickly had us on our way. We were very happy with their service and kind personalities.
