I had a wonderful experience at this location from the moment I drove up. I called before coming to secure an appointment when the lady I spoke to said they take cars on a first come, first serve basis. She even texted me a $25 off coupon I could use right away so I did. whole process took 10-15 minutes. Connor, the manager and Aiden the technician are amazing. Thank you for getting me in/out!
I had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I pulled up. They walked me through everything they were checking and made the whole process feel transparent and stress-free. What really stood out was how thorough they were while still being impressively quick. They checked multiple fluids, showed me the condition of my air filter, and made sure everything looked good before I left. I also really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on services or products I didn’t need; something that can be hard to find with car maintenance as a woman. Overall it was a smooth, positive experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change. Highly recommend this location if you want fast, honest, and friendly service!
These guys are amazing! So professional and accommodating from the moment you pull up to the moment you pull out. They are concerned with your comfort--offering cold bottles of water--constantly communicating to you every step of the way. Every one of them were knowledgeable and experienced. No hard sell for anything. I have always gone to the dealership...never again...I will only go here from now on. Highly recommend!!
