Braylon was awesome! He checked my fluid levels and my tire pressure before I left on a long road trip! He was very kind and professional! I was very impressed with him and grateful he took care of us!
I like the convenience. You drive into the bay and get to stay in your car while they work on it. They don’t drain your oil out of your car from the bottom like most oil changes. They vacuum out the old oil in front of you into a clear container so you can see how bad your oil is. All this is cool. The staff is very accommodating. But be aware: The oil change price they quote you upon entry is $88. The bill without the tip at the end was $116. So be prepared to pay for the convenience.
They were very friendly and helpful! She even helped set my car’s reminder so I’ll know when to come back before I hit 3,000 miles, and they’ll top me off for free — that was awesome of her. I used to get free oil changes elsewhere, so I wasn’t sure how their prices compare, but for an oil change and cabin filter it was about $120. That felt a little high to me, but it might be right on track. Either way, how they treated me really stood out — and that’s what earns my repeat business. I’ll definitely be coming back!
