The new manager took care of me and this was the best experience I’ve EVER had getting an inspection & oil change! This guy discovered that there were NO cabin filters in place, which means that the entire time I’ve owned my Jeep, NOBODY ever checked. He was efficient and honest in his suggestions for what I needed as far as oil & filters. He also seemed genuinely concerted about my safety. If I could get consistent service on this level, I would never go anywhere else! He was amazing!
Excellent experience at Take 5! Came in for an oil change and differential service and the whole team was professional, fast, and super knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, never tried to upsell me on unnecessary stuff, and had me back on the road quickly. My car feels noticeably smoother after the service. Customer service was top notch from start to finish. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had — highly recommend this location!
