I came to Take 5 Oil Change, and Michael helped me. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely seemed to love his job. What stood out most was how supportive he was with his team members and how honest he was throughout the entire visit. While I was waiting, I overheard his supervisor telling him that he gives customers too much information, but honestly, that’s exactly what I appreciated. I like understanding what’s being done and why, and Michael took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. Overall, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. It was a great experience, and employees like Michael are the reason customers come back.
This was my second time visiting this location. The first time, I was turned away because of the car I had. However, on my second visit, everything went smoothly. Thanks to the assistant manager, Anthony, the experience was great. He clearly leads a phenomenal team. Special thanks to him whatever he’s doing, he should keep it up! I’ll definitely be returning to this location every time.
