I got my oil changed at this location recently, and they were just great. They were communicative, knowledgeable, understanding, and just a sweet group of guys. Thank you! And thank you for the windshield wipers! They work so much better than the other ones!
Even though it was freezing by Florida standards, the whole team was amazing friendly, fast, and clearly hustling despite the cold. This was my first time using a service like this, and Nolen walked me through everything ahead of time. As things came up, he clearly explained what was needed and the pricing, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, super easy and transparent. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I debated on whether or not to use the dealer because of the rare model but the technician knew of the car and knew how to access the oil filter and drain plug located under skid shields after an internet search. They did a great job and I’d trust them to do it in the future. Also, no hard sell tactics regarding air, cabin filters.
