Quick and timely service. I went for an oil change. I've had it done by this location and sister locations before. They were great at pulling the historical data for the assessment. The team led by JoJo is professional and gave me an honest assessment of my vehicle, with no pressure to have services recommended, but that could wait. Military-friendly team.
Needed a oil change for my van. We had about 30 min between appointments. Stopped by the Prattville location. Guys had us right in. And done in less than 15 minutes. Had plenty of time to get to appointment. Answered my questions and I had a few. Will continue to go to this location. Have been to other locations. In another state before moving to Alabama.And did use a Take 5 coupon.
First time there. I was there at 7 on a Saturday morning along with 3 others. There were only 2 technicians on duty. They were shorthanded but both technicians were professional and remained in good spirits. I think that helped all of us remain patient. Jojo was my technician. The other guy was good too. Don't know his name, though. Kind of pricey for me, but Jojo gave me a discount which was nice. I would still go back.
