I recently took my SUV to Take 5 Oil Change and had a great experience. The service was fast, professional, and very convenient. I stayed in my vehicle the entire time, and they completed the oil change in about 10–15 minutes. The staff was friendly and communicated clearly throughout the process. They explained what they were doing step by step and checked other basic things like fluids and filters to make sure everything was in good condition. I appreciated that they didn’t pressure me into buying anything extra. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free visit. I felt confident that my SUV was well taken care of, and I will definitely return for future service.
We got our oil change at store #454 in Tallahassee. The manager Xzavidus and Charlie were very polite, helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back and appreciate their professional, friendly attitudes!!
