I had an awesome experience at this location. Oliver was great and went over everything with me. I bought a new car and was unsure if the oil was changed. He made sure to check everything under the hood and even tightened something that was loose under the hood that wasn't even part of his job. I had my coolant flushed which was recommended to me by Oliver. Tyler came over and took my payment. Everyone works really hard here and were all wonderful. One of the best experiences I've had at a business in a long time.
I loved the experience, from the moment I pulled in, I knew this was somewhere special. The lovely manager greeted me with such warmth and friendliness and knowledgeable. You could tell right away that they truly love what they do and genuinely care about their customers. I loved them. The technicians were amazing, professional, kind, and so easy to talk to. They made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process and took the time to make sure I understood everything. Being able to stay right in my car while they worked was such a great experience convenient, comfortable, and stress-free. For a first visit, I could not have asked for a better experience. The service was fast, thorough, and done with a smile. This team has earned a loyal customer now. I will absolutely be back and I'm already recommending this place to everyone I know!
