Was greeted with a smile and a bottle of water. What a delightful surprise! Came in for an oil change and learned my coolant was dry as a bone! Took the time to explain my coolant issue and how it works. Didn’t make me feel like an idiot, very professional, answered questions, offered services they provide along with prices, great staff today! 2 guys and gal! Take 5 is going to keep my business! Kudos to the 3 of them! And the best thing……service with a smile and friendly helpful people! I was there 2/19/26 around 4:30pm.
Stopped in to take 5 for a quick oil change. Was met by Grace a young tech with a professional attitude and friendly as well. She took my Encores vitals and a tech named Maximus joined her. Together they did the change completely. Informed me of their top off service which sounded great. Overall a great experience and I’ll be back!
Service techs were great. Very helpful. Made sure to cover auto needs and asked about eligibility for discounts. My veteran status saved me a significant amount.
